“If everyone is moving forward together, then success takes care of itself.”
At Ergomobility we are proud to have developed a strong relationship with our dealer network, comprising of over 650 dealerships. Working together we have collaborated with many of these dealers to hold successful Motability events, helping to build their business in this sector. Our aim is to grow our relationships with the dealers we work with, and we are always looking to plan future events collaboratively in order to achieve this. As part of our events support package we can provide advice in a number of areas, helping you to focus on making your event as successful as possible.
If you’ve ever run events, you’ll know that in order to be successful you need a strong event marketing strategy to promote the event to your target audience. Good event marketing begins with launching an event idea and eventually culminates in customers buying into your brand… but along the way you’ll need to convince people that they have something to gain by attending on the day. Our events planning support will guide you through the various marketing channels available, to ensure that you have the best chances of reaching your target audience.
Email and direct mail marketing
To get off to a strong start we recommend beginning with an email blast and/or mail shot to your existing customers, making the most of your current client database.
It’s always a good idea to issue a press release to get your event seen. Although it’s unlikely it will be picked up by national press, local papers may be interested and this is where you are more likely to reach your target audience. Your press release can also be used to promote your event on social media, maximizing exposure. We advise you to focus on key search terms and think about the aspects of your event that will provide a benefit to people in your local disabled community.
Call to action
In the final run-up to an event you have your last opportunity to draw interest in your event, by sending out a reminder email. This is your final chance to reach out to your customers and tell them why they should attend. It is a ‘call to action’ for your customers, providing them with all the key reasons why they should attend and restating the key information they will need (date, place etc.).
Creating meaningful event partnerships can have a powerful influence on the success of your event. By reaching out to potential collaborators and complementary brands you can spread the word to new potential customers. At Ergomobility, we can provide you with a link to these organisations, enabling you to reach your target market far more effectively than your competitors. The healthcare professionals we work with include some of the most experienced experts in their field, from occupational therapists to disabled driving instructors and disability focused charities.
